That’s what I meant by self-awareness because it’s not just a matter of being aware of our own actions, but of taking control of them. We can consciously make choices, but if we don’t have this consciousness, then all we are doing is making it harder for ourselves to choose.

It’s a good thing we have to learn to take control of our own actions because we are probably the only ones who are capable of taking control of ourselves. But there is also the chance that we have to make choices, and then we can decide to make decisions.

The problem with taking control of our actions is that we are also taking control of the system. We are choosing to engage in behaviors that have consequences. We are taking control of the behaviors, and then we would like to know what will happen after we decide to engage in the behavior.

Of course, it’s the opposite of the problem because we are the ones who are making the decisions. It’s the system that is making the decisions.
