As I sit down on the front seat of my car and look toward the windshield, I’m thinking that I’ve been told that every time I turn around the corner, I’m going to get a bad idea and make a bad decision. What you’re thinking is that I’m just a great carpenter, but I’m also not great at not making cars. The same rules apply to turning around the corner.

I would argue that this is the most important aspect of being a good driver. If you are going to be driving in a car, you will need to figure out how to drive in a car. If you are a car driver, you will need to figure out how to drive a car. If you are a driver, you will need to figure out how to drive a car. And by “figure out how to drive a car”, I mean figure out the right way to do things.
The best way to learn to drive is to do it in a car, which is more about following instructions than getting away from them. It is also more natural to do stuff in a car than most other activities because driving is so much more predictable. It’s also a lot less nerve-wracking and is easier to explain to other people.
